How a delivery route works

A route groups a pickup and multiple delivery stops into one assignment. The stop sequence, delivery windows and cargo access need to work together. Drivers should review the full route rather than treating each destination as an isolated job.

Prepare stops before dispatch

Businesses should provide accurate pickup readiness, recipient instructions and service windows. Include vehicle needs and special handling. Multi-stop and scheduled requests go through pricing and operational review before being offered for fulfillment.

Follow progress and handle exceptions

Assigned drivers follow stops and record delivery completion using the existing route tools. Missed handoffs and changed instructions require coordination. A recurring schedule request is reviewed by operations; submitting it does not automatically generate future routes.
